What an amazing time this has been!  Starting with almost nothing and two years later we are seeing the faithfulness of God evidenced through the new construction of "Ciudad Refugio". 

There have been many times of laughter, joy and crying, likewise periods of thinking, "This will never be completed."  We can't thank you enough for coming alongside of us in our hour of need.  We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The building was dedicated in August 2008.

HISTORY

Three million displaced individuals from 1985 to date, are a result of the extensive armed conflict (more than 40 years) that has transformed this South American country into a desolate territory.  Beginning a social, humanitarian and spiritual crisis. With this background, on the 20th of November 2000, the Foundation began our challenge of implementing a work of social assistance and humanitarian restoration with a Christ-centered focus. Legally established with Colombian government from the start, our mission is clear: To pursue man’s integral restoration.

In the last four years, the Foundation has developed specific programs which directly favor high-risk and vulnerable populations.
